Once we enter into a consulting agreement, I do all the hard work to find the current listings that fit your criteria. I will advise you on the pros and cons of different regions of the country, as well as specific neighborhoods within those regions.

I will also make sure that the real estate agent is a stand-up individual who isn’t pulling a fast one on you. There are so many things you need to know to be diligent about when buying property.

Normally, what happens is you stumble upon a listing, and that realtor butters you up to trust him. Then you end up hiring his lawyer to do the diligence. Bad move, as they could be in cahoots to sell you something that may have an obstacle you didn’t expect.

At Secret Keys, I don’t have any real estate inventory I have to unload. I work with several agents from different agencies whom I have a history of working with. I will then get you a trusted lawyer whose job is to advocate for you, and together we make sure you end up with an excellent property.
